We decided that we needed a girls night so I actually found the game GirlTalk that came out when I was young and we played that game. It was hilarious to play as memories of playing it with my friends came running back.

Snowboarding

So, I decided that with my new found freedom of singleness that I wanted to learn to Snowboard...yeah it looks MUCH easier then it really is. My behind was on the ground more then off of it :) Let just say that after 3 1/2 hours of attempts my body was done for the day. Taylor was awesome and worked with me and tried as much as possible to help me but unfortunatley I still suck, but I have decided that once my body doesn't hurt so much I am going to try again. Yes call me crazy but it is a sport/hobby that I have always wanted to learn so practice makes perfect right?

My frien Erin had also never Snowboarded before but she picked it up quickly, so I am hoping that one day I will be able to fly down the mountain and be able to carve my way through the snow and .....okay I am getting a little a head of myself :)

Snowman

So my lovely neice Gaby asked for Snow for Christmas this year. She lives in Mexico so the only time they see snow is around Christmas time. So it looks like Santa granted her wish and we definitely got snow. My neices were out playing in the snow and it has been a couple of years since I have actaully built a snowman and played in the snow so I thought, hey why not?!?! So I with their help we built this fabulous snowman.

Yes that is a pan on his head for a hat, carrot leaves for hair, buttons for eyes & mouth, measuring cups for ears and a broom for the right hand....you work with what you can right? Personally I think he is cute :)

Christmas Party

So I decided that I wanted to do a christmas paty this year. It was so much fun!! We had a cheese fondu and then played games. My friend Erin brought this game called "Don't be a Dork". There was a game board and each time you rolled then you had to pick a card and answer the question and then most of the time you had to do something stupid. Once they had to pull their socks off and do a puppet show (pics below) another time all the guys had to talk like Valley Girls for a full round...now that was absolutely hilarious. Then we finished up with a Chocolate fondu. Thanks guys for coming, it was a blast!!!

First Photo Shoot

So I decided that I wanted to start doing photography on the side as a fun hobby. So I spread the word around at work that I was doing free shoots to build my portfolio and Amber jumped at the idea. SO these are pictures of her family. They were really fun to do. They love being outside and hunting so they were all in Browning Pullovers and with all the trees the pictures turned out really well.

Okay I am crazy...but I can except that

So my Washing Machine starting making some really nasty noises and so I decided it was time to move on and buy a new one. I am crazy becuase I am so excited. There are VERY few things in my house that I got brand new. Now don't get me wrong, free things are the best but I am proud to display my brand new washing machine.
